This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for subscription cancellations and refund requests for Invoxa (invoxa.co). We want you to be satisfied with our service and have designed a fair policy for all users.
2. Free Plan
- The Free Plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment.
- No refund is applicable for the Free Plan as no charges are incurred.
- You may cancel your Free Plan account at any time without any obligations.
3. Paid Plans (Basic & Pro)
3.1 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (monthly or yearly).
- After the billing period ends, your account will switch to read-only mode - you can view and export your data but cannot create new bills, products, or shops.
- Cancellation does not result in an immediate loss of access to paid features.
3.2 Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your subscription purchase or renewal. No questions asked.
- After 7 days: Refunds are generally not provided after 7 days of purchase. However, we evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and may offer a pro-rated refund in exceptional circumstances.
- Technical issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Duplicate payments: If you are charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period does not qualify for a refund.
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
- Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-billing cycle (the higher plan remains active until the end of the cycle).
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address, subscription plan, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay).
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
6. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades: When upgrading from a lower plan to a higher plan, you will be charged the difference for the remaining period on a pro-rated basis.
- Downgrades: When downgrading, the current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle. The lower plan pricing takes effect from the next billing cycle.
